I was recently on a panel discussion for a BITAC Hotel Conference. This year, it was virtual, of course. But the discussion topic was “COVID Changes: The Next Chapter of Hospitality Design” . A good subject. The other designer on the panel is a restaurant designer from California, Elizabeth Dillon. I enjoyed the panel. Over the next few days I will add my thoughts about what we discussed.
